The new Canary Care Connect hub is all about reliable and simple technology-enabled care. It uses Wi-Fi, 4G, and Zigbee to stay connected – even when older networks are switched off. It’s also easier to install, with a new mobile setup process and a battery that lasts up to 24 hours, so you’re covered during power cuts or broadband dropouts.

We’ve also completely rebuilt the Canary Care Portal, making it faster, cleaner, and easier to use. New features like Reporting, Averages, and a Daily Diary view make it simple to spot patterns and changes in someone’s routine – without being intrusive. Accessibility has been a big focus too, with larger fonts, better contrast, and a smoother experience across devices.
More meaningful insights, same privacy-first approach
Canary Care has always been about supporting independence with dignity – and that hasn’t changed. There are still no cameras, no microphones, and no invasive monitoring. Just discreet sensors that quietly gather the information that matters most.
What’s new is how much smarter that information can be. With V2, you can see trends, export reports, and set up flexible alerts that flag changes early – helping families and care teams act sooner and with confidence.
