Canary Care Global Limited (Canary Care) is committed to the operation of fair processing in relation to the collection and use of personal information. Canary Care is the controller in respect of personal information used in connection with the purchase and supply of services. 2.1. Our legal basis for collecting this information is to allow us to reasonably perform the services that you have requested. (‘Contract’).

How we look after your information
4.1. Information we hold about you is stored on secure servers that are protected from external access using best practice in information technology. Staff access our systems by individual password protected schemes, which limit access to your data to those who need to use it to provide our Services.
4.2. We may use suppliers located outside of the UK and as a result, transfer personal data to them. If we do, we will ensure that it is protected in the same way that we protect data transferred within the UK.
4.3. Depending on the information we hold, we will remove your information over time in line with our data minimisation obligations.

5.1. Under data protection law, you have rights in relation to the information we collect and process about you.
5.2. You have the right to ask us for your personal information that we hold and process about you. This is known as a subject access request.
5.3. You can also ask:
