Activity & behaviour
Build an accurate view of someone’s day-to-day life and know instantly if something isn’t right. Check movement from room-to-room, shower use, whether the fridge or a medicine cupboard has been opened – 24/7, 365, with instant alert notifications.
Environment
Keep an eye on temperature and energy usage remotely. If it gets too cold in the winter months, you’ll know if they need a reminder to turn on the heating.
Care visits
Keep track who is visiting your loved ones, and get an accurate view of who’s in their home. Simply register each visitor card on the Canary Care Portal and you’ll know who’s coming and going each day.

Our Canary Care packages are designed to cater for complete home monitoring that keeps privacy intact. Here’s what you’ll get with each system.
Power hub
Set this up as close to the middle of the home as possible for the best connectivity – your hub keeps your system running smoothly.
Batteries
You’ll need one battery to power each of your sensors – don’t worry, we’ll provide enough for your full package to get you started. Then when they’re close to running out, we have replacements available to buy.
Sensors
Place your sensors in key places where you want to track activity. Pop them next to a kettle to see how often it’s used, in the bathroom to monitor humidity or temperature, or on the fridge if eating habits are a worry.
Door magnets
Door magnets can help turn any of your multi-function sensors into a door sensor, to allow you to check when people are leaving or entering the home. They can even be placed on the ceiling above the door if you’re worried about tampering.
Contact strips
Use these to fit your sensors to the wall – just separate the strips, click them together and stick to your sensor and the area you need it to be. Our sensors are lightweight, so you’ll only need one strip for each.
Visitor cards
Register your visitor cards on the Canary Care Portal app so you can see who’s coming and going. There’s no limit on the amount of cards you can use, just match them to any care provider or regular visitor.

How to install

Get up and running with Canary Care in as little as 10 minutes. It’s that easy to install – just follow our simple steps.
Power your hub
