For families looking to use Canary Care, we’ve put together some handy packages with everything you’ll need, and for organisations looking to utilise the technology for multiple clients, we’ll put together bespoke packages for your needs. Check out some common queries below for more information.

Our Core Package for families comes with all the basics you’ll need to start supporting someone to live independently. Here’s what’s included:

  • Canary Care Hub
  • Power Supply Unit
  • Multi-Function Sensors x6
  • Magnets x2
  • Smart Plug
  • Batteries (enough for all your sensors)
  • Command Strips (enough for all your sensors)

Purchasing the Core Package also requires a monthly subscription to access the Canary Care Portal, which is where you’ll view all the insights generated from your sensors via an easy-to-understand dashboard and intuitive graphs.

Our Plus Package comes with everything you’ll need to support someone to live independently. As well as the central hub, multi-function sensors, and smart plug included in the Core Package, you’ll also get extra sensor types to help with monitoring independent bathroom usage and tracking smaller movements like key drawers or cupboards being opened throughout the day. Here’s what’s included:

  • Canary Care Hub
  • Power Supply Unit
  • Multi-Function Sensors x6
  • Vibration Sensors x4
  • Humidity Sensor
  • Magnets x2
  • Smart Plug
  • Batteries (enough for all your sensors)
  • Command Strips (enough for all your sensors)

If you’ve got a particularly large home and find you need more sensors than the Core or Plus Packages provide, or there’s a specific area of the home you’d like to monitor more closely (for example, if you want to monitor the humidity in multiple rooms, or monitor multiple appliances), we have add-ons available.
