Uninstalling Canary Care

We hope Canary Care has helped provide you peace of mind when caring for someone who’s living independently. If you no longer need access to the Canary Care Portal or the insight it provides, please see our common questions below.

If you no longer need your Canary Care system, you can reuse it in another setting, or return it to us for recycling. For more information, see our ‘Uninstall – Removing your Canary Care System’ guide in the Canary Care Portal.

You’ll also need to cancel your subscription, contact our customer support team on 01865 408366 or email info@canarycare.co.uk. Our team will be happy to help you.

Yes! It’s easy to reuse your Canary Care system in another property. Simply follow the steps in our ‘Uninstall – Removing your Canary Care System’ guide in the Canary Care Portal, then follow the same steps from the installation guide to set up Canary Care at the new location.

To recycle your Canary Care kit with us, please follow our packaging and returns guidance.
