To view and update your personal details, click or tap your name in the right-hand side of the top Navigation Bar, select ‘Your Account Settings’, then enter your new contact details under ‘Personal Details’.

Updating your details
Need help with something about your account? You can change all of your details from the Canary Care Portal, but here’s answers to some of our top queries.
If your password has been shared or compromised, we strongly advise changing it. To update your password, click or tap your name in the right-hand side of the top Navigation Bar, select ‘Your Account Settings’, then tap ‘Password & Security’ to update your password.
Your subscription will be taken each month by default, and it’ll renew automatically at the end of your contract term. Don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of notice if you need to make changes or cancel at the end of your contract.
